ACI was created in 1988 to respond to the need at the time for programmers and developers at Martin Marietta Corportation (now Lockeed Martin), amoung others. Since then, our federal contracting business has grown to include over 50 different programs over 15 different defense and civilian government agencies. We are teaming partners with many large primes and also work with smalls who are graduating, to help provide the contract and contract to hire resources for a new program as well as to identify and lock down key personnel for bids.
Our teams encompass all areas of IT from full life cycle software development to systems architecture and engineering and moving large data centers to the cloud. Our most recent contract win with a large prime is to help CMS on their integrated data repository, providing agile transformation and development, security, and operations services to support on-premises and cloud systems. Additionally, the contract requires supporting migration of data to the cloud and providing operations and maintenance services on the systems.
Our past agency performance is very well-rounded in all areas of IT, and also health, providing various types of subject matter experts to help our primes become successful. We are small business registered in Maryland and provide consultants for contracts nationally. We work closely with capture teams as well as program managers to determine the right hiring strategy for winning contracts with the federal government.
